“ I have tried a lot of ramen restaurants in Hanoi but here is still the best! The broth is thick and aromatic. People has light to mild gout of taste should ask the staff to reduce salt. The noodle here is slightly thicker than many other shops, even though they make it softer as my request, yet I still like it. Dumpling is super yummy, must try! Rice and grilled pork is as good as ramen. Fried chicken has a oily skin but soft and juicy inside. Hope they can make it a bit less oily. Cha han- I feel it less tasty than before. Maybe they change the seasoning recipe a bit, and stil, it should be less oily. The combo is a great choice! ”
“ Great food for reasonable pricing. The tantan ramen was flavourful, can be a but salty to those who are not used to Japanese food. Gyozas were crispy and soft. The pork was really tender and had soaked up all the sauce. Miso soup was great. The staffs were attentive, some of them were not as friendly as the others. ”
